1. How do I place an order?

3. Do you accept cash on delivery?

No. However, you can pay on delivery using our MPESA paybill number xxxxxx. No cash payments accepted

3. Do you deliver? How do you charge for delivery?

Yes, we deliver our products countrywide. Delivery fee is set at KES 200 within Nairobi and FREE delivery for all orders above KES 2,500 in Nairobi. Delivery costs and delivery time are based on your location.

4. How can I pay?

Orewa Beauty allows you to pay via MPESA on delivery (Nairobi only), pre-paid MPESA (for nationwide), and Pesapal which supports Debit/credit cards and Airtel Money. When you place your order on our website, these payment options will be displayed.

5. How do I learn which beauty product is the best for me?

Our Customer Service agents are well trained to consult and provide beauty advice to you. Just contact our agents for tips and suggestions on the best products that meet your beauty needs.
