How We Work

You can shop with us on our website or through your preferred channel (Call, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger). Once you have chosen your product and placed your order, we deliver it to you:

• Within 2 hours in Nairobi for orders placed by 4pm
• The next morning for orders placed after 4pm
• Within 48 hours for deliveries outside Nairobi
• Orders placed on Sundays are delivered by 10am on Monday

Payment Options

We do not accept cash payments. You can pay using any of our accepted methods: Debit/Credit Cards, M-PESA, Airtel Money, or Pay on Delivery (with M-PESA or Airtel Money). You may pay at the point of ordering, or choose the Pay on Delivery option.
